What is CTP?
Well, it’s a novel I’m going to write over the course of 2012. I’m going to update the story every Tuesday. The second Tuesday of each month will begin a new chapter. There will be 12 chapters when I’m all done. I’ll be editing and re-editing as I go along, so if you want to read the entire novel in a complete form, you’ll have to wait a year.
Some of the grammar and structure seems rather rough. Will this be fixed?
Yes. I’ll be editing as I go along. In an effort to get this done and out there, I don’t want to let mistakes and errors slow me down. At some point, I plan to bring on a copy editor and ideally an editor to bounce ideas off of. I’ve found that giving myself deadlines motivates me more, so for now, think of these early versions as sketches.
Why am I doing this?
To be honest, I’ve been wanting to write it for nearly six years now. The real question should be, why did it take so long.
What’s it about?
Well, you’ll have to tune in every Tuesday to find out. It’s fiction and… nah.. I’m not going to give you anymore. You’ll have to read it for yourself.
Is this an all ages story?
No. I imagine this may offend some people, but it’s meant as satire and I imagine it may even be cathartic for me. So… deal, or don’t read it and write your own story.
